As senior house maid it was my duty to inform Miss T, the new governess, of what I had found. It was not the first time I had noticed a large globule of sticky stuff on the tiled floor of the toilet and I knew perfectly well what it was and where it came from.

When I reported my finding to Miss T. she came with me to the toilet and seeing it with her own eyes made note of it in her diary. She said that I had been right to report the matter to her and that I was to report any further evidence immediately.

Well, look as I may, I found nothing else for over a week then on the Friday I noticed a thick globule of semen which due to its position in the bowl had not been flushed away. I locked the toilet door and reported straight back to Miss T. who came with me to inspect the bowl immediately. She seemed very pleased that I had reported the matter to her but said very little except that she would have to inform Madame and that I was to continue to keep a close watch on the state of the toilet and this 1 did.

The following day I was called by Madame, who commended me on my sharpness of eye. She said she was deeply concerned about Master R's misbehaviour and informed me that a special corrective appliance had been ordered on the advice of a Dr. Riofray and that she would like me to assist Miss T. in fitting the appliance about Master R's private person. She enquired if I had any objection to assisting Miss T. in this way, I said, 1 had no objection, and Madame said she would increase my wage by £5 per year. She also gave me a book, by Dr. Riofray, to read and said I should return it to her, once I had learned what would be required of me, and make notes if necessary.

The first thing I had to do was to peel Master R's prepuce right back as far as it would go. This was necessary to ensure that the pubic band, which was closed by a powerful spring did not pinch young Master R's foreskin. The first few times I had to peel the prepuce back several times before the area behind the pubic gland was smooth and free of foreskin.

When Miss T. was satisfied that the area was smooth she positioned the pubic band immediately behind the pubic head and carefully released the 

tongs. Once the tongs were released the pubic band gripped his penis very tightly and could move neither up nor down the shaft, nor on  account of the very powerful spring could the band be opened, by any means other than by using the special tongs, which Miss T kept locked away in a place known only to Miss T and Madame.

In accord with the instructions of Dr Riofray, the applicance was briefly removed for a few minutes night and morning, but apart from this was from that day on a permanent fixture.

As far as one could tell the appliance was entirely effective and apart from a little slight swelling, caused no real or lasting discomfort.

No further signs of discharge were ever detected.
